Here is a brief breakdown on the experience and skills available to you.

Peter Parr - Principal Consultant
Peter's career has spanned nearly 40 years, working predominantly within Architecture and Construction where he became a leading consultant during the 1980's on CAD and specifically AutoCAD . Having held Senior Management and Associate Director positions for a number of architectural practices, Peter started his own company, Peter Parr Asssociates in 1991, offering CAD, Cable Management and Graphic Design. This led to a major contract with a leading IT Infrastructure Support company, Line Management Group, where he established the CAD and Documentation Department, providing in-house and external CAD services.

Peter is a BSI recognised Lead Auditor, understandsITIL methodologies and holds NEBOSH certification in Health and Safety.

Colm Brown - CAD & O&M/Building Log Consultant
Colm's career has spanned just over 30 years within the electrical building services and IT industry. Having started life as a draughtsman with a Consultancy in 1975. The increasing changes in technology meant putting the pencil down and picking up the keyboard and in 1985 was introduced to Autocad version 1.9. During his career he has worked on the design side with consultants and the installation side with contractors on major UK and Overseas projects.

In the mid 90's he obtained a contract with Line Management Group where he took the reigns from Peter and continued to expand the services of the CAD and Testing department.

He is a Fluke Networks Certified Cabling Test Technician, trained Fibre Optic Tester and recently undertook training to enable him to test RF Cabling.

Emma Bates - Testers and Test Result Analysis Consultant

Emma's has been working in the IT industry for just over 10 years. She is the a consumate professional having gained both knowledge and experience of the Copper and Fibre Testing environment and is a Fluke Certified Cabling Testing Technician. She is able to provide both support for both Copper and Fibre testing equipment by ensuring that all equipment is maintained and kept up to date with quality requirements for calibrations and bench testing. Emma also manages the software upgrades for all testers.

Emma provides CAD support, holding City and Guilds 4351 Autocad Certificate and assists in the production of O &M manuals and tender documentation.

Jean-Pierre Bouillet - Technical Translations

Jean-Pierre Bouillet is a French national, who has worked in industry all his life. A mathematics Gradute of Lille University in Northern France, Jean-Pierre has held senior management positions for various companies including GEC and VARN-DAY where he was Sales Director for over 24 years.

Jean-Pierre is fluent in German and English and brings his much valued translation skills to PPA.
